trail camera under $500?

i'm looking for a trail camera to capture/monitor wildlife in the tropics.

i'm putting more emphasize on trigger time (1 sec or less).
resolutions between 1.5-3mp (5mp tends to be slower)
and the price range would be below 0

can anyone suggest any good model/maker? i've searched for it-but was too overwhelmed by the information available. or can anyone direct me to a reliable hunting equipment review site?

p.s past experience in the tropics with camera trappings shown that after 2 weeks the camera trap will be swimming (due to condensation?) although the camera trap itself is not leaking- anyway to combat that?
