This unit is one of the latest job Moultrie and priced so that most people will be able to afford it and really enhance the experience of hunting deer. I put the new equipment through its paces and found that a good performance for the purpose for which it was intended.

What has improved

I have to admit that while I liked the Moultrie cameras that have occurred in the past, a sensitive issue is the form attached to the tree. One of the earlier models, thought it was difficult to get the camera firmly attached to a tree, and if you play with it all once I was there, they would tend to move around and not finding the exact angle you wanted. Previous models had the laser guide which helped but still had to cheat a little to get right vaccines. This new model comes with a much improved strapping system so it is good to see that Moultrie has paid attention to this and has stepped up its game.

Speed Shooting is important when it comes to a camera track. While earlier models were quite good in terms of how fast it connects to the network, this new model is faster and that translates into more shots of the deer at an angle you want in place of the rear. You will also get fewer shots the animal, leaving injection.

It's good to have a picture of the deer that are coming into range of your camera, but it is good to know that when conditions does. This new camera offers a lot of additional information on the subject, as the date and time the image was captured, temperature, atmospheric pressure, and which phase of the moon at the time. It will also give information on the identification camera, which is very useful if you're planning to use more than one unit. The price of these cameras, it is likely that many people use more than one.

Some disadvantages

They really are not many things Moultrie that need improvement with this camera, but in the next release, I would like to see an easier way to get the SD card inside and outside the unit. Is inserted in the battery compartment, and if you have big clumsy fingers like me who can take a little time and patience. You are not doing what is often what is not a concern large, but would only make life a little easier.

The other remarkable thing is that the camera has some difficulty in lighting situations. My knowledge photography is not a professional photographer as I'm more of an avid hunter who takes pictures of a photographer who pursues her. What I do know is that the images were taken from the right at dusk or dawn is a bit faded.

Overall, this unit high marks for usability, price and characteristics. That will be perfectly suited to the needs and budgets of most of the hunters used to track the deer.
