I own both a prior Cuddeback digital game cam as well as this No Flash Game Camera. The pictures from this newer camera are amazing. I am very happy with this purchase and will likely purchase another one soon for other sites on my property. The only issue I have found with this one is that my previous camera came with a theft prevention cable that could be used in addition to screwing it to the tree. The No Flash does not have this and I suspect it is because they want you to purchase a special box they have now to secure it in place from "bears". I am really only worried about thieves and vandals. Still, it will probably not prevent me from buying another camera. Also, I have had to have my old camera repaired and the cost is minimal. Very easy to work with.
The best there is !!!!

I own several Cuddeback Cameras and just bought the No Flash to replace a older camera.. I was very supprised at the Battery life you get with this Camnera.. I bought another leading brand and can't get over 10 days of battery life ..
If you want the best ?? put your money on the Cuddeback Trail Cams and don't learn the hard way and buy other Brands junk!!!
One of the poorest quality ever!

I bought TWO of these NO FLASH cameras and both of them have spent much time on the UPS truck back to the factory for repair. The first camera was placed in dense woods where the camera would typically have condensation on the camera body. This camera stayed fogged up more than clear and it continually failed to take pictures. On the third trip back to the shop - I told the Cuddeback repair tech - when I get it back and it malfunctions - I will just throw it in the trash. And behold - I get it back and 2 weeks later - same problem. I even used silicone (as advised by the Cuddeback repair tech) around the backside of the camera - to no avail! I put a Moultrie camera in the SAME spot and almost two years later - still works!!! Now the second NO FLASH.....the first time I sent it in it quit taking pictures - they upgraded to a newer version and sent the camera back. I was thinking - ok they found issues in the design and now I have a good camera....or I thought. It quit 'flashing' at night and all pictures and videos at night were black. This was in the middle of deer season - so I bought another Moultrie camera to get me through the season until I could send in the Cuddeback after deer season. I wanted to wait until the season was over to lessen the chance of my camera either getting lost or delay in repair during busy season...I sent it in for repair on March 09 - got it back in mid April and placed it in my gun cabinet until deer season. I placed it on the tree the first week of Sept 09 and it lasted about 4 weeks!!! It would not power on this time. I changed the batteries and still no power. I was like "you got to be kidding me"... another bad camera. I went back to my trusty old Moultrie camera to get me through deer season. Once again I waited until deer season was over to send my Cuddeback in. I sent it in the second week of Jan 10 to find out that my camera was out of warranty! Cuddeback claims they only have a 6 month warranty on repair items - even though I told them the camera was in my cabinet and not in use but about 4 weeks. This experience cost me $ 85.00. Long story short - Cuddeback may have the 'bells and whistles' on their camera - but they are poorly made. In addition their customer service department does not stand behind their repair techs nor do they understand the meaning of 'customer service'. I attest this is an honest review and if anyone reads this review would like to hear it from me - my email is gacollege@hotmail.com. THANKS! Richard
